I woke up to 60 degree temperatures, and a good chance of rain, but I decided to ride to work this morning. Fortunately for me, I can pull the bike into the shop, so let it rain!

Hi Rick,
I like this new blog. I'm looking forward to reading it and seeing the places you've gone and are going to.
As one who took his first ride at the age of 3 or 4 on back of my dad's friend's Harley, I've been hooked and became a biker about 42 years ago. The first bikes I rode (myself) were a Honda 50 and Triumph Tiger Cub (250). I've done my share of riding in the rain and would now prefer not to. Your bike has lots of chrome (mine too). I just don't like spending all that time cleaning and polishing after a rain, if I don't have to.
It's funny, I've been riding for so many years, both on and off the road, but just now heard of the Guardian Bell. Thanks to our mutual friend Dan, I now have one. I don't and I'd bet you don't believe in the Evil Road Spirits, or the bell's power over them. But it's an interesting tale. You may want to put up an article about it.
God bless and definitely, "Keep the Rubber Side Down"
